私たちは、ファーム・トゥ・テーブルと**ダイレクトトレード（産地直送・直接取引）**の哲学を大切にし、Village Market Tsukubaの生産者たちと密に連携。
旬の素材、誠実な味、そしてドレッシングからデザートまですべて手作りでお届けしています。

朝の一杯は、Chemexで丁寧に淹れたオーガニックのハンドドリップコーヒーから。
シンプルで透明感のある味わいを、ぜひ体感してください。

🥪 デリカウンター

自家製のビーントゥバーチョコレート、焼きたてのペイストリー、日替わりのサラダやサンドイッチをテイクアウトで。
デリの内容は季節や週によって変わるので、来るたびに新しい発見があります。
